How do I add money to my SpartanPrint account?

ADDING MONEY TO YOUR SPARTANPRINT ACCOUNT WITH CREDIT CARD:

  1. To add money to your SpartanPrint account with a credit card, go to spartanprint.ut.edu and log in with your domain credentials.
  2. Click Add Credit.
  3. Select the amount that you would like to add to your balance and click Add Value.
  4. You will be redirected to a secure payment site and prompted to enter your credit card and billing information.
  5. Choose Pay Now to process your payment.
  6. The funds will be immediately available for use.

ADDING MONEY TO YOUR SPARTANPRINT ACCOUNT WITH CASH OR CHECK:

Printing credit may be purchased in the form of a voucher that can be added to your SpartanPrint account.  Much like gift cards, these vouchers are redeemed by entering the code from your voucher into the SpartanPrint system.

  1. To purchase a voucher, please visit the Bursar's office (PH428). Denominations of $10.00 and $30.00 are available for purchase.  If you need a higher denomination, you may purchase multiple vouchers to equal your desired amount.
  2. After payment, the Bursar will issue a receipt.
  3. Bring the receipt to Felecia Mosley in EW123.  Felecia will issue the appropriate voucher/redemption code for entry into SpartanPrint.
  4. Use a computer or your mobile device to log into spartanprint.ut.edu with your domain credentials.
  5. Click on Redeem card from the menu on the left side of your screen.
  6. Enter your redemption code and click Redeem to add the funds to your account.

Please Note: If you have purchased multiple vouchers, you will need to repeat this process for every voucher/code you purchased.
