If you are missing emails from the library, please check your Junk/Spam mail folder.

You can add any library email to your "safe senders" list in Outlook by following these steps:
Outlook App -
- Open Outlook. In the Home tab click on Junk
- Select Junk Email Options
- Navigate to the Safe-Senders tab
- Click the Add button
- Enter the email address into the field and hit OK
- Close by hitting OK
Outlook on the web (web-based email client) -
- Click the settings (cog) icon on the top-right corner
- In the Mail tab, navigate to the Junk Email section
- Click +Add in the Safe senders and domains category
- Enter the email address into the field and hit enter
